The Clinic (Central Oklahoma Family Medical Center) was opened as a rural healthcare facility in 1968.  The Clinic became a Federally Qualified Health Center in 1984, serving individuals with private insurance as well as underserved patients who are provided care on a sliding fee scale determined by ability to pay. The Clinic's goal is to treat the entire patient through Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services provided.  3 Ada locations, 1 Konawa, 1 Stratford.
